Search for products with ease, complete sales orders and access customer information with a few simple swipes. This is everything to keep you successfully selling in one simple solution.
Simple functionality
The glitzhome app is organized around three main sections, accounts, products and orders, to make things simple and intuitive. In the accounts section, reps can create new customer accounts. Within this function, reps can input a great deal of information including name, address, and contact details. Reps can easily amend customer details like emails, making customer service and management duties a snap.
Products
In the products function, multiple ways exist for the rep to search for and showcase products to customers. For example, reps can search by holiday or theme to give customers a general overview of product offering. Or, if the customer has something specific in mind, like wreaths, the rep can directly provide this information as well. Once queried, the products can be viewed in a list or detail mode. Products that wish to be purchased can be easily added to the shopping cart with the push of a button.
Orders
In the orders section, a rep can easily manage all orders and check on details, from completed orders to incomplete orders. The search field is designed so that so that reps can detail their searches with parameters like date and status. A great app feature, orders that aren’t completed for any reason (ie credit card information not immediately available) are automatically saved under incomplete and can be finished later anytime.
Additional features
Beyond simple functions to complete the sales process, the glitzhome sales app also features functions for a richer experience. A great benefit to reps, they will be able to check commissions, and immediately know how well they are doing at any time. A ranking will quickly show who is the best salesperson. A scanning feature is also available so that reps can work with customers who have laid out a detailed purchase plan based on the glitzhome catalog. A simple scan will place products right into the customer’s shopping cart. Another great feature is a wish list option. Reps can use this to offer customers future products that are more in line with their preferences.
